The control panel of our universal materials testing machines consists of the hydraulic system, complete with drive motor, oil sump, pendulum dynamometer and the load indicating system.
Accuracy And Calibration :
Universal Testing Machines are precisely controlled for accuracy and reliable calibration during every stage of manufacture. The machines are calibrated in accordance with B.S.: 1610 and I.S.: 1828. VI Universal Testing Machine complies with grade ‘A’ of B.S. 1610:1964 and grade 1 of I.S.: 1828-1991.
An accuracy of + 1% is guaranteed from 20% of the load range selected to full load. Below 20% of the selected range the maximum permissible error is 0.2% of the full load reading.
